I'd make 100% sure the fluid is brake fluid.
You mentioned poor pedal feel, but not that you are adding fluid.
If you have 120k on the clutch master - that's about on its last leg and they tend to go soon after a clutch job anyway.
There is an oil seal behind the flywheel and w/ 120k it's a likely suspect as well.
If you have to do the slave, go ahead and do the whole clutch and the seal behind the flywheel - you're right there anyway and I think you have to put the whole 9 yards (clutch,presure plate and slave) in at the same time anyway. Pulling off the flywheel is painless, but the seal can be tricky to get to seat properly.
Any again, figure on the clutch master too.

A good way to bleed the slave (a pressure bleeder is recommended too), but park the car facing down hill a bit, connect a clear line to the bleeder and let the car idle for a while - it tends to shake out all the little bubbles.
