I think that your clicking is the injectors as others have said. Lifter noise is usually more evident at the valve cover and is often a sign of low oil. If your brake fluid reservoir is losing brake fluid, and it never should, that is a sealed system and loss of fluid means a leak somewhere, so you must find the leak. "Fluid" dripping from the site of the oil drain plug could be tranny oil (10w30), engine oil (10w30 or 40) or brake fluid from the clutch hydraulic system. The clutch and brake hydraulic systems share a fluid reservoir. The brake master cylinder is the tubular item on the bottom of the reservoir and the clutch master cylinder is the tubular item about 8" farther down the firewall. The clutch master is connected to the reservoir by a short length of rubber hose. There is then a line from the clutch master to the clutch slave cylinder which is at the clutch assembly on the rear of the engine (front of the car). Typical leakage points for the clutch hydraulic system are; hose from reservoir to clutch master, clutch master cylinder, line from cl. master to cl. slave, cl. slave cylinder. Leaking hose or line should be easily evident. Leaking master will be evident inside the car on the floor under the clutch pedal. Leaking slave will put brake fluid on the garage floor by running down the inside of the chain case and dripping out the drain hole at the bottom. Alternatively your brake system could be leaking anywhere in the system and lowering the resevoir. The seals between the resevoir and the brake master cylinder are a potential leakage point too. If you find brake fluid on the floor under the pedals or on the pedal shafts it could also be a leaking brake master cylinder. Inspect your wheels for evidence of a leaking caliper or hose.
