Finally Passed $50.00 Retest for Free!

The ICV was replaced, Broken Gate, BoneYard $15.00
The O2 sensor was cleaned. Heated with Torch
The AMM was replaced BoneYard($35.00) after it would only cycle (ECU/O2) at idle, however off idle went lean at .1Vdc as measured at 02 sensor. BoneYard AMM worked perfect at .3 - .8vdc cyclic at part throttle above 2000rpm no load and at test connector 2vdc to 13 vdc 2sec interval at idle

I passed the test:
Front Tires at 50PSI
AirFilter Removed
Oil changed Full synth 15W30
Thermostat 82DegC
Ign Timing 15Deg

Failed numbers:
at 15MPH
C02%-15.0, O2%-.3, HC(PPM)72, CO%-.30, NO(PPM)734 PASS
at 25MPH
C02%-14.5, O2%-.8, HC(PPM)16, CO%-.01, NO(PPM)2112 Gross Polluter

Passed numbers
at 15MPH
C02%-15.0, O2%-.4, HC(PPM)82, CO%-.57, NOx(PPM)748 PASS
at 25MPH
C02%-15.1, O2%-.2, HC(PPM)33, CO%-.29, NOx(PPM)617 PASS

Excellent New,, Not by much on NOx,,, I did not replaced the CAT which is good news!
