I feel no extra vibration. I think if the car shakes, the engine is probably not balanced or has other problems. The car feels solid. I would say it was the most significant thing I did to the car for less than $10. I'm refering more about installing the suspension bump. I know some people put a rubber hose piece to LIMIT movement, but I wanted to ELIMINATE movement. It's an 88 SPG 5 Speed. The car was NEVER designed to be a Cadillac. What I did was put urathane front motor mount with a urathane bump stop. It feels GREAT. Another thing I did that made the car idle alot smoother was install iridium plugs and magnicor wires. I think the iridium plugs really made a noticable difference in idle. That was my impression. Then I read an article about the plugs and it even said that it could improve idle. So, it wasn't just my imagination.
