I'm an idiot, little stupid mistakes...

After a tranny swap, I'm in the process of connecting everything back up. After hooking the clutch line back up to the slave cylinder, it's time to bleed the clutch. So I pressurize the fluid reservoir and nothing is coming out of the bleed nipple at the slave. So I spend time applying vacuum to the nipple itself and get a little nice black fluid out, but that's it, no bleeding happening. So them I'm thinking, man this thing is clogged up or something. Take the line off of the master cylinder and it's free and clear. I think, man, maybe it's the master cylinder. So I take that out and then go to take the line off of the reservoir, with a cap in hand to stop the flow of fluid, but hey guess what, no freakin' fluid flows out of the bottom nipple of the reservoir!
Months ago, I had replaced the brake master cylinder/reservoir without even thinking about or checking to see if the nipple was plugged. Well of course it is on a new Girling unit.
Funny thing is I didn't notice because the clutch line was still pressured and still worked ok. Only drove around for a couple of days before stowing away to await a tranny swap. Never noticed a problem with the clutch not engaging. I'm an idiot.
