marka, Lot's of possibilities here and a little clarification would help. You find no power to the injectors and you installed a "Known good" LH brain, fuel pump relay and main system relay. If that's all correct then I would suspect a wiring fault and in '86 Saab used some defective wire for parts of the car including the main injection harness. I actually cut these out and crimp in injection harnesses from later cars when I get the chance. A very common problem here is bad grounding of the injectors circuits. All of the little black wires that are bolted to ground near the lifting eye must be very secure and I would check that first. There are 6 which are related to the injection system. In fact old Saab bulletins say that simply re-orgnizing those wires could cause injection problems. You'll need to see if the relays are actually getting 12 volts so test the supply pins. The fuel pump relay and the system relay are energized at their pin 30 at all times (key off). Pull the connector off of the LH brain and the Air mass meter and put the key in drive. Now on the LH connector (testing from the back side) see that there is 12 volts on pin #18 (has a green/white wire which originates at fuse #22) and pin #9 (has a brown/white wire that comes from the system relay). If there is no current on one or both then you have a wiring fault or a bad system relay or fuse #22 is bad. No current to the LH brain means no signal to the injectors. There's more to it than this but these are the highly likely problems. Good luck.
