And blown snow over all the windows in northern silver spring md, probably 12-14 inches total.

I'm going to wait until noon or so and then start the snow blower.

BTW, Ariens blowers were going at 33% off at home depot last week and there were about 10 of them at home depot in aspen hill. I'll bet the sale cleaned them out.

I have a yellow/green blower (ranch king or something) with an 11.5hp old-style sidevalve flathead tecumseh motor (new ones have OHV engines) that works well, I went with the 28" but high bucket for deep snow...the alternatives were too wide for my front sidewalk. Very happy. But I covet the 13.5hp Ariens....electric nozzle throw!!! And electric hand grips....

And then there's a guy in Michigan who has fitted a Chevy 350 V8 to a snow blower. Uses a 12bolt chevy rear end to turn the auger....twin chrome vertical exhaust stacks. Power steering, hydraulic motors to turn the wheels/tracks.
