Hello All,
I have two quick questions:
1. I disassebmled the gear set under the ignition. I had to fix the little gear that goes into the lock cylinder. The two little nipples broke off. Got the machinist to put new ones back on. The problem is when I put the gear together and put the shift back in, the ignition will not turn. I can feel the reverse gear hitting the rod from where the shift goes in. I tried to put the shift in reverse but the ignition will still not turn. When I remove the shift, it turns. I must have put in something wrong. What positon should the key be in when you put the shift back into its position and putting the three screws back in?
2. With the ignition on I am not getting any voltage at fuse 30 for the fuel pump. The fuel pump is not working. What is the properable cause for not getting voltage at fuse 30. What color is the wire on the ignition itself that powers this fuse/fuel pump? Many thanks.
george
