92 parts doner engine with only 12K miles!

I couldn't believe my luck seeing it sitting there in the local parts yard - a 92 16V N/A auto, with only 12K on the odometer. The engine and components looked so clean. It so happens that I've been looking for a good used head to replace the 16V head on my 86 block. Even though it has less than 75K miles on it, I wanted to replace it because one of the exhaust manifold bolts sheared off inside the head. I reasoned that if I had to remove the head to deal with that stupid bolt I might as well replace the head, if I could find a nice replacement. That 92 couldn't have been nicer. After sleeping on it for the night, I ended up taking off work the following day to pull that head. Mating surfaces look very clean with very little corrosion evidence. All combustion chamber surfaces are evenly coated with a light carbon. Very little brown gunk accumulation on the top surface and inside the valve cover. Only thing that needs done to ensure a compatibility is to swap out the 86 turbo intake cam shaft to replace the 92 N/A camshaft. The rest is a perfect fit... right? Anyone with a known incompatibility or suggestion please reply. I do intend to do a little head porting before installing. Nothing drastic, just some rounding of the intake valve guide bosses and maybe polish the exhaust valve bowls. I might just go back and pull the steering rack... maybe the inner drivers too...
