grab you socket set and a screw driver and some star wrenches, (( take off road wheel and use it fr your chair, after sitting on it just look at what your going to rip in to.... after u take it all in take the caliper off the holding bar, (the bolts that attach the caliper to the car take them out) after its way from the rotor set it aside(try not to let it hang from the brake line) next the bar or the gizmo the caliper was attached to look for its bolt holes round backside of the rotor, these little buggers will be kinda hard to losen so grab your pipe that comes in your tool try where your spare tire is and put it ova the star, (alen)wrench to give u a handle so u can get the two bolts loose (might crack your knuckels one this one)......... remove the brace from round the rotor... next grab the screw driver (phillips) and remove the rotors one bolt (the same area the road wheel bolts go in) take rotor off, next grab caliper
take old pads off (pull or push on the back pad)
loosen the bleed needle, look at the caliper you will see the small bolt in the back of it take it out,
put the new rotor on put the bracket back on ( tighten the bolts real good ) put new pads in caliper as you see it wont fit ova the rotor
take the star wrench and put it in the hole where u took the bolt out of the caliper... then loosen if the plunger is not moving take an old break pad and apply pressure to the plunger pushing it back while loosing the star bolt in back of the caliper, after u have moved the plunger back put the new break pads in and place it ova the rotor and bolt it back into the
bracket, replace the road wheel,
have someone push the break pedal and hold it to the floor
close the bleed screw, have them release the pedal, open the bleed screw, push pedal, close bleed screw, release pedal, fill brake fluid
pump up the breaks replace the e-break cable on both calipers
go in the car and pull the lever
if there is no application of the break from the e-break, put the lever back down. go to the caliper (the hole in back grab the star wrench)
tighten the screw untill its just bout tight (spin road wheel) if it locks up the screw is to tight loosen a little, spin road wheel if it spins freelly try the e-break ( spin wheel should be locked ) when you found the sweet spot put the bolt back in the caliper and
you is done..
