There a whole bunch of rubber gaskets around the windows on convertibles that are probably in need of replacement on a '91. They are expensive though, so I'd start with the ones that are obviously bad. You can adjust how tight the latches are on the top of the windsheild-just be careful, you can break them. There's also some adjustment of the top mechanism above the side windows--but get a shop manual before you mess with it. In theory you should have to pull the top down a little to latch it-which gives it the proper tension at the side windows Try going through a touch-less car wash and see where the water leaks in--odds are that's where the wind noise is coming in too. Sometimes just cleaning and putting something like armourall on the window gaskets can help. You just have to look around and find what's wrong.
