grounds? Then use light dab dielectric grease upon reassemble. Can you run a DMM (digital mult meter) inside the cockpit while driving: is O2 sensor swinging high/low rich/lean in synch with your air fuel ratio gauge? It would be interesting to see what your primary and secondary ignition waveforms look like when problem occurs (would take something like a Fluke 97 portable oscilloscope). Have you "T" in a vacuum gauge - can run it into the cockpit to see what it's doing when problem manifests? Can also do this with a T into the fuel rail and a fuel pressure gauge (or just a plumbing gauge). I rusty on this stuff
