By "loose hall sensor" do you mean the plastic connection is loose from the body and won't stay put? If that's the only functional problem, you might consider the use of an epoxy such as JB Weld to bond it in place. The oil leak is probably the result of a bad o-ring on the stem "root" of the distributor where it slips into the head. You replace that o-ring for just $3 and no more oil leak. That part is available through a number of vendors who sponsor this site. Reason I'm suggesting the easy fix is to talk you out of a rebuild. Not that it is impossible, but why do it if it's not necessary? Another option is to find a good used one at a local parts yard if you have one in your area.
