steam has me stumped

this only happens,.. well that i have noticed is in the morn. when the car is first started. after driven down the road for about 5 min. then comming a stop light, the car steams out the front,.. (i know i dont have a seam engine) the stream of what looks like white vapor lasts for a good 7 sec. this has me stumped, i do have to refill the radiator after about 3 months of this, just had a new radiator put in, the system is fine with pressure build, and its deffenitly not from moisture. i would like to jump out of the car when it is happening and look where its commen from but im sure by the time i get there it would be over, it has to be right at the front of the car or the fans, or just the shape of the hood would send the steam near the front window.
yes this has me stumped,. any advice on what can cause this....well i`ll be amazed
