It is possible to reach that inner most broken stud with angle drill and very short drill bits, but you have to remove part of the mtor mount and exhaust manifold to make it easier.
It is also very easy to make it a lot worse if you don't get the drill bit perfectly centered and start to drill away on the aluminum instead of the steel stud.
This is one of the jobs where I recommend to find a good Saab indy and have them do the work due to the trickyness and use of special (quirky) tools.
I charge $180.00 in labor (parts extra) to extract the 4 long studs and install new studs and gaskets.
If you leave it be, the gasket will at some point blow out and the exhaust leak will be bigger.
It is also not healthy to have an exhaust leak up front that can make it into the cabin.
