That's probably it, unless something else is rubbing (like exhaust/heat shield).
My hint: If you have an '88 or later with rear parking brakes, sometimes one of the cables can come out of place and rub on the inside of the wheel and tire. Mine did that, and it had a wheel weight on the inside of that rim, so I had a funny thunk-thunk-thunk that went away when the parking brake was on. Oops! Seal up the cable housing with electrical tape and reroute it.
