if the hole is in metal get a self tapping screw and put gasket sealer all ova the threads of the screw, now dont get a screw thats 2" long find the smallest one made then drill it in, if the hole is in plastic get some 2 part apoxy and with the motor cold sand down the plastic just anuff to ruff it up then apply the apoxy,( same if the pin hole is in the plastic coners or metal coners) now this kind of fix will only get you down the road bout 100 mph, however seeing i never drove it to see how long it can last (this typ of fix) ill just say it will make 10,000 miles that is, with the screw and if it was done so the radiator stoped leaking, in any case it needs to be replaced, tell us how it turns out.
1 more thing, if your driven a short distance and you apoxyed the hole leave the cap off or losse on your expantion tank so the system dose not pressureize blowing threw the apoxy.
