Ideally, per SAAB (which is the source from which Bentley has gleefully lifted the manual text and pics), the grease for the inner drivers contains a nasty load of ingredients, including lead, for the high point pressures that the tripod joints experience. It's not food-grade stuff at all ;-) It also has to be thin enough to penetrate the bearing space between within the tripod ball and lubricate the bearing pins.
I used to get tubes of Meistersatz inner CV joint grease from the dealer.
That said, people on the board have reported great success using the normal outer CV moly grease and high temperature wheel bearing grease.
