Why I asked how you know what's wrong.

If there IS a potential savior for you nearby, it's important for that person to know in advance just what they're getting into. The more detail you give, the easier it might be to find someone willing to fix it.
What you say about the clutch still leaves questions. Where is the car now? At a garage, with the clutch all apart? (Or maybe, towed back to your "can't work here" parking lot?) Are all the pieces there? Will that mechanic permit someone to reassemble it where it sits in his yard?
If you live near a store parking lot that has a quiet end, a good mechanic could probably do at least the clutch work there, maybe patching the heat shield, in good weather, without anyone noticing or minding.
Is the water pump leaking, or totally in pieces? Has it caused any major overheating incidents? (When there's coolant in it, does the car still run fine and not show signs of head gasket trouble?)
I took a look for "Saab Saviors" in the list of those willing to help fellow vintage saab owners, on the "vsaab" web site, but didn't notice any nearer to you than Worcester. One of them might have a big heart and also have knowledge of newer Saabs, was my idea.
I'm 2 hours away, too far to consider it.
