Vintage Saabs have been bringing surprising money of late. It's hard to say without seeing the car but if it's rust free, and in good running mechanical condition, with ultra low miles like that I'd think at least somewhere in the $3500 to $4500 range--maybe more. I saw one on E-bay recently that was a little dodgy and it brought $3800. Book prices are only a guide and based on average cars--not too helpful with a relatively rare car like yours. The hard part is finding the right buyer. Saabnet classifieds is an excellent place to get the national exposure you need if you know what to ask, but Ebay is a better place to get a sense of what it's worth since people bid. The more pictures and the better and more detailed the description of every component of the car the more you'll get.
