Does it crank and not start or doesn't it crank at all?
If it cranks and doesn't start, depending on where the steam and coolant went, the spark plug wires may be wet and there might be coolant in the distributor cap and down in the spark plug wells. Take off the spark plug cover, pull up the spark plug wires and dry the coolant out of the spark plug wells. When they're dry, you might want to consider replacing the spark plugs if you don't know how old they are.
If that's the case, don't keep cranking it, you'll just wash the oil off the cylinder walls and end up with a bigger mess.
And, of course, replace the radiator hoses.
This isn't the only possible diagnosis, but it's very well worth a try.
