You shouldn't use one of the 4-pin relays because the 5-pin fuel pump/system relays have devices in them that dissipate the voltage backfeed when the coil is deenergized. That backfeed hammers the output transistors (solid-state relays) in the ECU and cause the famous failures.
You might want to consider putting a new relay in. FWIW, when I opened up the fuel pump relay, the contacts in the fuel pump circuit were extremely pitted, putting extra resistance in the circuit.
This probably isn't the root cause of your fuel pressure problem, but it's worth keeping in mind if you want to change out the relay on general principles.
