Okay, picked up a '94 Aero, and wow. I thought the '89 900T was a fairly quick, nice-handling car, but it's a total pig compared to the Aero. Only 5 years older but seems like 20. Here's the big problem, though; the wife (who's always been the primary Saab driver) suddenly decided she needs the Aero and I'm looking for some upgrades for "my" new old C900. Either that or upgrade the wife. Has anyone done the Red Series APC upgrade sold by Swedish Dynamics, and if so, does it seem like a legit 220 hp? Or are there other recommendations for fairly straightforward upgrades that don't involve internal engine mods? FYI, 900T has 235K, 30K on new top end, runs great but just doesn't have nearly the spunk I think it should. Our old '85 900T seemed faster. After this, I'll start thinking about shifting improvements.
