Thanks for the Help. I had a little more time this week end and was able to get into it a little more. I determined that the starter was good an replaces it. After that I was able to "HOT WIRE" the car and It started right up.
What I did find (behind the drivers side under the metal seat support for nthe back seat) was the ALARM SYSTEM. The relays on the alarm were tested to be functional. There was no power going to the 1/8" phono style plug which appeares to power the alarm unit. What is this voltage supposed to be? The relays did not switch when the key was turned. The relay bank (exposed) under the seat seems to be working fine. Still no power to the yellow wire on the starter.
