squeeze in whatever brake pads you can (ie one old, one new) and reassemble the whole thing. You can still drive it for a time.
In the meantime source a rebuilt caliper. As John says you have a seized piston, probably on the 'inside' side of the caliper. if you can peel back the rubber boot, you'll probably see a bunch of rust bonding the piston to the bore. once its rusted, it's shot and needs rebuilding. worst case is the chrome gets corroded off the piston and its then junk.
