Might be a little high:
I bought one last year in about the same mileage & condition as the one you're describing. It's also a '94 non-commemorative turbo auto. Immaculate original dash & leather, all accessories work. Paid $4,800 for it. It's still in great condition, however there are always 'little things' with these cars which can and WILL drive you nuts! I probably would have paid $7k at the time, since that's still a lot of car for the money. But in retrospect (even after very minor repairs and such at this point) I'm sure glad I only paid $4,800!
I should also mention that the only true way to make sure these cars won't rust out on you in a few years is to pull all the carpet and rear seats, and check meticulously for any signs of water leakage, especially on the convertibles. And pulling the carpet is something you can't really check before you buy, unless the owner is really nice and open to having their front seats removed, seatbelts unbolted, etc....
