...Just run a 2 guage wire from starter to trunk via the driver's side rockers (17 feet?). I hid the wire under the carpet. I routed through an exhisting hole in the fire wall. Then just bring the wire to the trunk, and ground the battery's negative side to the bolt that grounds the rear lights. You only need to run the positive-side wire. I capped the front of the wire with a copper piece that I crimped and attached to the starter. ( Not really a crimp, I smacked the copper piece onto the wire with a hammer until flat and tight, then used flux and solder to make it corrosion proof). I used a lead battery lead for the rear. I used a GM 36" negative battery lead for the negative side. I then wrapped the factory positive lead under the bonett with a radiator hose and crimped it on either side to prevent shorts.

All this makes working on the car's turbo and exhaust a charm. Also allowed me to install a JT downpipe.
