Anyway to supply power to electric windows at all times

Have an 1985 SPG. Was wondering if anyone knew a way to wire it up so that the windows would still be powered with the key off. This would be a great help for closing the windows after the car is turned off. I don't consider the security threat to be any higher, b'cus if someone is already in the car they are going to get anything they want.
Thanks for any advice!
John
