I've processed a couple dispute claims against eBay sellers. I got refunds in those cases. You can only get a max of $175 per item. You have 60 days after the sale to file.It's a hassle because you have to get a written assessment on letterhead from an "expert" in that type of product. If you get the written assessment eBay hounds the seller and will kick them off if they don't pay you.
