wasn`t a rock, had the jack on carpet and no rock fragments under the carpet. (thanks MS)
im thinking maybe a bushing, i had replaced the lower shock bushings but not the upper and if the spring reset im sure it could of mabe the sound to, ( thanks chaz for the peace of mind)
but all in all it sounded like a control arm busting kind of sound, however i can find no trace of any crak or a break, after driving the car everything feels fine,
seeing how this never happend before i was just woundering all the things that could make a crack as loud as that (control arm breakage)
thinking if it was a balljoint ? would it be able to pop itself out and then pop back in making a sound such as this,
i guess i shuld just spend a little and replace the hole nine yards,
