...then it would be a miracle car that didn't have problems, of all sorts. This site lets you find common 900 problems and the fixes, often ridiculously simple and cheap.
Also, contrary to the boasts of some on this site, these were not luxury cars and have many points that are problem prone. Their level of build is a little below that of some other makes and models - - window switch contacts that are good enough but not for perpetuity, say.
Some trouble areas such as ignition lock cylinders were not redesigned since the first Saab 99.
Also most have been used a lot, almost loved to death.
Yours sounds like a good vehicle and you should enjoy it. Don't worry, be happy.
