Right now the whole system is open. The motor is just sitting in the back unconnected to the oil lines. When I connect it to a battery it works. When i connect it to the relays it doesn't. I checked the relays and they have 11.50 volts. Someone said that maybe the switch is bad. That there is just enough power to energize the relays but not enough to run the motor. I'm ging to check that next.
