What is an antiiceing valve?
Something to put heat into the throttle body via the coolant system to prevent throttle body icing?
On my 87 turbo, there is no such valve..the coolant simply runs through the TB all the time.
If on your car there is such a valve, simply remove it and replace it with a short nipple and hose clamps. If the thing is stuck closed, don't worry about it except in cool high humidity conditions when the car is first started, and then be aware of the possibility of icing at part throttle.
If it's stuck open, don't worry about it.
I can see where a heated TB might rob some power, but like I said, the older cars don't have such a valve.
