I'm assuming that the idle is fast when warm. Since you have no vac leaks and otherwise things are OK, I suspect a bad temp sensor. It is screwed into the head near the intake runners. The resistance goes down at the temp goes up and is typically called the NTC sensor. The resistance change is sensed(actually voltage) by the ECU and should be slowing idle on a warm engine.
If you search on NTC sensor and look through some posts, I'm sure you will find the resistance specs by temp. Check the resistance.
If this is not the problem and you're positive on no vac leaks, you might have a bad AMM or perhaps the ECU. Best approach her is to swap in know good ones to diagnose.
