Use any solvent that will dissolve the refrigerant oil.
What you want to do is put the solvent into the condensor and blow it through with compressed air. Eventually, all the oil will be removed and only clean solvent will come out.
Now, use a vaccum pump to evaporate the solvent. There shouldn't be more than a few tablespoons of oil in your condensor. In the past, I've used trichlorethane, but I believe that is banned so I would try alcohol or some other easily evaporated solvent. Definitely don't use any solvent that leaves an oily residue, it will only compound your problem.
Most systems list a quantity of refrigerant oil that must be added to a system when a component is replaced (compressor, evap, conds, etc), for a condensor, it is not much. Certainly not gallons. Also, you should not get be getting any debris (i.e. bits of foreign matter).
If your converting to R134, you will need to replace the lines, seals, and filter/dryer.
Don't waste your money on OEM lines, just make sure you get refrigerant quality line and clamps.
