They look similar to a Borbet wheel that Saab OEM'd, but the Saab emblem in and of itself means nothing. I had Saab logos on a set of DP Motorsport wheels, that certainly weren't a Saab product. The fact that these wheels aren't recessed or drilled for the factory centering pin leads me to believe they aren't Saab wheels - I don't think Saab would have undone its own engineering (though maybe...).
As others have said, simply remove the centering pin. It's really not a big deal, and pretty common when fitting aftermarket wheels on a c900. I had to do it on those DP Motorsport wheels... We should all take a moment and be happy Saab even bothered to secure the rotor to the hub - many manufacturers don't even do that, and rely on the lug nuts & wheel to hold the rotor on...
