Fuel System Trouble (Update)

Many people have suggested that I pay attention to the ignition system before blaming fuel delivery components so I did a little work and replaced the ignition coil and spark plug wires. I also regapped the spark plugs and checked the ignition timing.
This has improved performance noticably and I can now build boost more quickly, have more power at low rpms and no longer have rough running when it is damp outside.
HOWEVER, I am still not generating much additional power with the added boost and the APC kicks in and bleeds off the pressure even when making only moderate boost which is sending my attention back to fuel delivery.
Where can I connect a fuel pressure gauge to the system? Everything is stiff lines and banjo fittings. Is there a diagnostic port anywhere?
Little things:
This is a 1982 900 turbo with 155k miles. The fuel pump is not making any odd noises and draws 6.7A at idle. I have already run a bottle of Techron through the engine and replaced the fuel filter. The car has a recent distributor cap and rotor.
