sounds like a case of spark plugs if i ever heard one,
having a bad plug, or 2 or 3 or even 4 will bring you down to bace boost,
if just changed plugs but it was to some-other brand (not ngk)
the new other-brand plug has a hard time firing under the lean turbo boost conditions, (as do spent ngk`s)
if the plugs are new ngk`s the plug wires may be a factor, all the way up to the diss,rotor,ignition coil, and if all else fails blow into the hooter vac line to see if it holds pressure, that is if you have one,
oh you know what just hit me,
im getting kind of hungery i guess i`ll go find something to eat..........
