Should be able to get a quart from any auto body paint supply center.
If you don't have a touch up gun and a compressor, you can get a compressed air spray and one pint glass bottle (I think the trade name is PreVal or somesuch) that allows you to load the glass bottle and spray just like a can. $30 a can is outrageous. That should buy a quart or more of the paint! You'll need some enamel reducer or lacquer thinner depending on what kind of paint it is, and depending on humidity maybe some fish eye reducer. You'll have to thin the paint to an appropriate consistency...try 2paints to one thinner to start.

I've used the preval on wheels with imron so it works pretty well. I hate cleaning imron....just throw the preval head away when the compressed air is gone. It will shoot about a quart of mixture.
