Definitely get the bumper extensions as well. You don't absolutely need them but the SPG extensions are different and complete the authentic look. Wheel-well edge moldings are larger as well. Again, you don't absolutely need them but they complete the look. Check the weatherstripping along the top of the panels. If it is dry or cracked you'll need to replace it. I think it can still be purchased from Saab but it ain't cheap. If you don't replace it the panels tend to collect water.
Check to see that the panels were never reattached with exterior screws. I've seen panels that were screwed on at the edges directly into the body because they came loose and the owner did a "quick fix".
A complete set will have the six side panels, the four bumber extensions, the wheel-opening moulding and the mounting hardware. I've see them from $200-$800 depending on condition.
