you can take a allen star wrench/or key, to back up the cylinder
on the back of the caliper there is a hex bolt, unscrew it
in the hole where the hex nut was is a star allen bolt
release the bleeder screw and unscrew the star bolt, you will see the cylinder start to move back, unscrew the star bolt until the cylinder is all the way back, (leave hex bolt out)
apply pads and caliper, bleed air out of the line, tighten bleeder screw
and pump up brakes, reapply road wheel
with the car`s road wheel up in the air put the star allen wrench in the hole and slowly tighten, with the other hand spin road wheel,
you want to find the sweet spot with the star bolt, when the road wheel stops from the brake loosen the star bolt just a bit, reapply e-brake cable and pull lever, see if wheel is locked, if it is not the star bolt needs to be tighter, lower e-handle and tighten star bolt just a little more, when you find the sweet spot replace hex bolt on the back of caliper,
now this is if your rear brakes are rotors not drums
