I would try this first -- there are three screws holding the window latch to the body. Remove the screws, and find washers that are about twice as thick as the one that is there (if it is there!) and then shim the latch mechanism inboard by adding the thicker washer to the stack. This will slightly clamp the window tighter to the weatherstripping. My leak in the carwash was fixed by this -- your weatherstrip may be collasped, so this method may not work, but it is very economical and easy to try. Screws are torx style.
