- will a bad hall sencor kill spark complety, what are the odds that two distibuters have the same problem?
The Hall sensor is what generates the signal for the coil to make a spark. If your Hall sensor is bad, there would be no spark.
- where the does the plug that leads to the hall sencor go?? is there an ecu at the end of it,, where is it and what does it look like?
It goes to the ignition control unit, the little silver box on the driver's side fender wall, near the APC box and cruise control vacuum pump.
- if i had a bag ignition controll unit,, would it kill spark at the coil too?
Yes.
- how do you test a condensor?
You mean the condensor by the coil? You don't. It's just there to suppress EMI and radio interference. It does nothing to affect the ignition system.
