Having done this research myself in preparation for a new top (to be installed by a local top specialist), here are some source options.

GAHH - Sells German canvas top which was the OEM canvas. It is about $850 with rear window
Robbins Convertible Tops - Sells both German and Hartz Stayfast. German is about the same price as GAHH, Hartz with rear window is more like $650.

Both of the above companies manufacture this top and will sell direct to consumer online.

There are several online retailers and I'm not sure where they source the top.

Hydro-e-lectric is one such retailer. Sells top with glass (Hartz fabric) for $500. I believe part is made in PA.

The person who is installing the top highly recommends GAHH. I'm told that the German canvas is slightly thicker which offers no performance advantage in terms of wear or durability. What it does help with though is the sag that appears over time between the bows.
