Not much you can do other than replace it... the foam and adhesive dry out from age and heat and the liner starts to sag. There are kits available on line if you want to try it yourself. Do a search on this board ( in the above search bar and also the one on the C900 board ) for a lot of do it yourself info.
If you mean Los Angeles and not Louisiana, I had my headliner replaced by Nacho's in North Hollywood - he's on Victory just west of the 170 Fwy. If I recall, it cost a little over $200 including sun roof and was done in a day's time. The material he used is very close to OEM and he did a good job. My only complaint with the work is that he nicked a couple of anti-frost wires in the rear window of my hatch back... I had the work done in July and didn't discover the damage until about December. If you do it yourself, I recommend taping a piece of cardboard over the inside of the rear window to protect the delicate anti-frost circuitry since the headliner is removed and installed through the hatch on a hatch back.
