I don't know but I would suspect you could alter the setting by the screw in the middle.
Usually what people do when wanting to crank up the turbo boost is to simply bypass that switch.
That way you do away with the safety net of the turbo cut off switch but a person wanting more boost is usually less concerned about the engine anyway.
You see. Your right foot can be the safety cut off switch all by itself. If you feel that something has happened with the boost system so that you have unlimited boost. The only thing you need to do is to let off the gas a little and that way, the engine is protected from blowing up.
On the Volvo 200/700 serie, it was a hose that broke between the turbo housing and wastegate valve (Volvo didn't have APC on those early cars).
When the hose breaks, you get full boost which many thought was cool until the engine blew up.
But you could also drive the car all day long in that way and just regulate the boost yourself by using the gas pedal wisely.
