Is that 15 kilometers, or 15,000 miles?
A toasted turbo is going to have burn marks around the edges; a fried one is just generally crispy and pore-clogging.
A failed oil pump usually makes itself visible with the lack of oil pressure and circulation. Before things die, your valves will probably make a whole lot of racket and the dash light will come on as long as it's still connected.
Turbos are supposed to whine, at least within reason.
