One problem a lot of people make is they tighten the mounting bolt(s) for suspensions while the whole suspension is hanging down or the car is on a jack or hard stands. The trick is to tighten all suspension components while they are loaded.
You might try putting your car up on jackstands or a lift with the lift either lifting the wheels or the jackstands under the suspension/a-arms. This loads the suspension...then you loosen the mounting bolt(s)/nuts and retorque. This may give the bushings the opportunity to untwist and when you retighten the suspension won't have such an excursion when you load it going up a driveway or somesuch.
IIRC, the front a-arm bushings also have a specific angle installation for the bushings....check your bentley or saab manual if you messed with them when you put in your coilovers(?) or spring/shock combo.
