...paint is never and can never be the same between lots.
If you were this concerned, perhaps you should have bought small samples of each paint, and painted several areas each with a different shade. Then you might have been able to pick your preference. Paint looks diferent in different types of light, so look at the car over the day and night to see which is best.
If you were hoping to exactly match the bumper to the ground effects perfectly, I do not believe that is a realistic goal. The other panels are not just from different lot/batches. They are also older, faded and therefore will not even match their original paint.
Despare not though. You can get the results you want if you remove all the trim pieces and re-spray. Not that hard a deal. Either that or respray the bumper you have with a different darker shade. It should blend OK, and essentially, you have already done the prep-work.
