I'm guessing you mean the older calipers. First remove the spring from the parking brake lever using a large screwdriver to pry. Then to remove the piston assembly - one way is to hammer it away from the yoke, or drop the yoke on a hard surface, with the pistons atop so they will fall to the floor. At the same time the parking brake lever will pull from the pistons. If that's all you want to do, you're done! If you want to completely disassemble the piston unit, first unscrew the inner piston (remaining brake fluid will drain quickly, so be prepared for a mess or contain it with a bowl or bucket), the either rotate the remaining piston free, or tap it out. After cleaning and repacking with caliper grease, the parking brake mechanism will have to be adjusted once the unit is reassembled. I can explain how, but it might be easier to just do a search here.
